A number of Major League Baseball team’s Facebook page were hacked yesterday including my own beloved Washington Nationals.  Rather than the usual links to malware or pay-to-click schemes, the only damage was via jocular humor.  Deadspin has screen shots of a number of the unauthorized posts.

The Wall Street Journal has a MLB statement   reporting that MLB Facebook pages are managed centrally by MLB (as their webpages are).
